Patrick Kerwin

Patrick   Kerwin is principal of Kerwin & Associates in San Diego, California,   specializing in the development of leaders, teams, and organizations. A Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® Master   Practitioner, Patrick has over 25 years of experience working with   healthcare, corporate, education, and non-profit organizations to put the   MBTI® instrument into practice for team-building, leadership development,   communication enhancement, change management, stress management, and   individual development. He has worked with organizations including Amgen,   Google, Microsoft, Mars, Iron Mountain, Kaiser Permanente, Northstar   Aerospace, Hitachi Solutions, the UCSF HealthForce Center, the UCSF School of   Medicine, the UC Berkeley-ACCMA Physician Leadership Program, the UCI Medical   Center, Adventist Health, Chelan Public Utility District, and the University   of Notre Dame.
