Sarah’s background includes working in the human resources field in various director leadership roles in manufacturing, construction, warehouse/distribution, government, and aerospace/defense for over 25 years. In addition to her roles in human resources, where she has done all facets of HR and talent including strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, training and leadership development, org development, total rewards, payroll management, HRIS and DEI. She has a master’s degree in organizational leadership administration from Concordia University in Mequon, WI, and Human Relations/Mental Health from University of Wisconsin - Superior in Superior, WI, as well as finishing a thesis in Thanatology (grief counseling) from Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI in December, 2024. Sarah is completed her life coach ICF certification with ACA Coaching Academies in February 2024, and is currently working to complete her ACC. With this additional education, it is her hope to be able to better assist business leaders and HR professionals with the aftereffects of covid-19 and the concerns in the workplace as it relates to turnover and retention, stress and burnout, and leading teams through times of change. She has created and instructed courses on leadership and emotional intelligence for various groups and is passionate about helping all employees.

Sarah is a certified facilitator of the EQ-i 2.0, EQ 360, DiSC, the 5 Behaviors, Clifton Strength Finders, Predictive Index and 360 Facilitation where she has facilitated and coached teams and leaders over the years.
