As a service-driven leader and coach, I offer targeted experience in divorce coaching, mediation, and navigating life transitions. Currently serving as the Founder, Divorce Transition Coach, and Mediator at Positive Communication Systems, LL, and divorcecoach4women.com, I support high-achieving women through divorce on their terms by reducing chaos, confusion, and frustration and increasing confidence, clarity, and empowerment through the process. I also host the podcast “The D Shift: Redefining Divorce and Beyond" and the Real Divorce Talks Series, which is a "mini-summit" that spotlights 3 expert speakers a night for two nights a quarter on topics relevant to women in divorce.

Throughout confidential, one-on-one concierge divorce coaching, my focus is on helping my clients reduce the emotional and financial costs of divorce. Over the past 20-plus years, I have dedicated myself to understanding all aspects of divorce, from finances to emotional intelligence and conflict resolution.

My personal experience with divorce taught me that it is natural to feel overwhelmed and challenged in managing emotions and making decisions during this time. However, I also know that there are effective ways to mitigate stress and navigate the process successfully. As a divorce coach, I help my clients develop the skills, abilities, and emotional resources they need to overcome the challenges of divorce.

I am passionate about supporting high-achieving women who often feel overwhelmed, frustrated, and unheard during this stressful process. By empowering them to have direct conversations and speak their needs clearly, I help my clients reduce the emotional and financial costs of the process and successfully navigate the divorce with confidence.
