My name is Kieran Butler, I founded Future Careers: Career Coaching and Mentoring in 2019.  I provide career coaching and mentoring services to individuals who wish to work on their career development, whether it be to engage in a career transition process, position themselves for internal promotion, or improve their workplace performance. Apart from the coaching services I provide two developmental assessments, Strengths  Profile which can help clients to identify their unique blend of realized and unrealized strengths and how to apply these more effectively both personally and professionally. The second assessment is the Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i2.0), which helps an individual understand their Emotional Intelligence functioning and if pursuing new leadership opportunities measures them against top-performing leaders.

Future  Careers is built on my professional experience within the Social  Enterprise space. I have worked in this sector for the last 8 years and since 2015, I have delivered a confidential community-based Employment  Support Service, supporting clients with a diverse range of experiences in a variety of industries, who are seeking support to secure new employment.

What I particularly enjoy about coaching is the power of a conversation to help people explore the capacity within,  gain clarity, and formulate courageous career goals.

Future  Careers welcomes professionals from all ages & backgrounds, who would like support to pursue long-held career goals and/or would like to gain greater satisfaction from their existing work.
