As a career social worker, I started out working within a county social service setting, and it became clear to me that the administration needed to balance organizations by investing in their team members. I learned early on that leadership is not just a title but a skill that can be enhanced at all  career or work experience levels. As a coach, my services are supportive, helping you discover your inner leader regardless of your position in an organization or business. Drawing on an ecological perspective, I work with you to address barriers, create goals, plan, and transform.
