My fundamental purpose is to teach people to work better together.

I am an organizational consultant, coach and facilitator with a degree in Social Communication from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, a Certificate in Management from the University of Florida, post-graduate studies in Organizational Development and a Certified Organizational Coach.

I started my professional life in the area of ​​advertising and corporate communication and became interested in interpersonal communication processes and their difficulties. This is how I discovered the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) , the most respected personality questionnaire in the world, used by 80% of the companies that make up the Fortune 500. Certified in the US in 1993, today I have reached the MASTER PRACTITIONER level , which It makes me one of the world's leading experts on this subject that I am passionate about.

Over the years I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of groups, organizations, and individuals to help them become people experts starting with themselves, becoming their best selves, and developing skills to improve the quality of their relationships.

I manage the work sessions in both Spanish and English, which is an added value for multinational companies. I attend in person all of Latin America, Spain and the US and I have successfully migrated interventions to virtual mode.

My specialty is discovering the strengths of each person and constructively taking advantage of personality differences to integrate high-performance work teams, develop more influential leaders, support change processes, improve communication, climate, well-being, and results.

In the academic area, I have been a visiting professor and have carried out different interventions at the Institute of Higher Administration Studies (IESA) Caracas, Venezuela and I am currently part of the teaching team of the International Certification of Organizational Coaching (CICO), endorsed by the ICF and supported by the United Nations (UN).
