I focus on Holistic Life Coaching, which offers a more balanced and meaningful life. Irrespective of the issue that the client presents (career, wellness, relationships, spiritual and others), it is based on something that feels out of tune. It impacts every aspect of our being. By discovering our true selves, we can push aside the cobwebs that block our path to clarity and empowerment. I am extremely passionate about this promise of transformation that enables us to achieve whatever we set our mind to- a conviction which got heightened by my own experiences.

Some of the methods and frameworks I use in my coaching include visualisation, appreciative inquiry, parts work (internal family systems), visioning and journaling- apart from traditional coaching.

I hold a Level 1 (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and follow the coaching competencies, principles and ethics laid out by them.
