I specialise in working with High Potential and talented individuals looking to progress to Senior Leadership/Executive roles and often work with clients on subjects such as System Thinking, Growth Mindset, Resilience, Outcome Focus, Personal Brand and Work/Life balance.

Before turning to coaching full time in 2021, I had a 20+ year career working with and for blue chip organisations, gaining experience of working directly with Executive members and senior leaders of blue chip organisations as well as small and medium enterprises.

As my roles spanned clients and industries, I led many teams that had technical knowledge beyond my own. This meant my personal development was focussed on leadership, engagement and communication. In all of my roles, the common theme was enabling others to be their best; sometimes building new teams from the ground up, sometimes helping teams to overcome challenges.

In 2015 I completed internal training at O2 Telefonica to be a coach for young entrepreneurs and truly got the coaching bug. 10 years later I now have my own small coaching business and love working with talented people and seeing their growth as my day job!
