As a PCC ICF-certified coach and business trainer, I support entrepreneurs, executives, leadership teams, and change-makers who are ready to think wider, act bolder, and grow consciously.

My background combines business, education, coaching, and the arts. I started my professional path in 2013, and since then I have worked with private founders, corporations, public organizations, and expert teams across different industries. I speak six languages, which allows me to work fluently in international environments and multicultural teams.

What distinguishes my work is structured clarity with space for meaning. I don’t give advice — I build thinking systems. I don’t motivate — I help leaders hear their own strategic voice. My clients often say that with me it becomes easier to keep focus on what truly matters, make complex decisions with confidence, and scale faster without burning out.

I work strictly within the ICF ethical standards, with deep respect for confidentiality, autonomy, and partnership. For me, coaching is not a technique — it is a way of being in dialogue with life and business.

Outside the coaching room, I am a Ukrainian record holder in ultra-running (52 km), a mother of three, and an artist by academic education. Endurance, discipline, and creative vision are not just words for me — they are lived experience that shapes my work with leaders.
