Suzanne does not believe there is a separation of personal and professional, there is going to be imbalance, at times, and balance is a personal definition for each individual. Personal and Professional have to interact, compliment, and work together or you will feel continually torn between priorities. Because of that, her experiences personally, weigh just as heavily, in her purposes(s). She believes in God, Husband, Family, Career, as priorities, in that order. With her life and career, change was a factor in all ways, at all times and because of that, her focus often is in coaching her clients in change- start to finish or smack dab in he middle. Either way, whether you asked for the change or were thrown into the change, with the right mindset, skills and approach- we can all embrace change and even look forward to it- in our careers, our lives, our families and more.
