Currently, I serve as Strategy Leader for Edward Jones' Coaching Center of Excellence, where I've had the privilege of building coaching capability across our 60,000-person organization—transforming how we develop leaders at every level through genuine, human-centered approaches.

With over 3,000 coaching hours and deep experience in mentor coaching and supervision, I love working with leaders who are ready to step into their exceptional potential.
