My training and approach allow me to serve and support people from a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Most of my current and recent clients are working to make progressive social, political, or economic change.

I also have deep experience working with people who are LGBTQ, having spent nearly 10 years of my career leading and managing LGBTQ programs and organizations. During this time, many of my staff and colleagues were part of the LGBTQ community.

Finally, my time working as a nonprofit organization COO helped me to learn how organizations are actually able to get things done. As a result, I have experience coaching, mentoring, and supporting people who work in nonprofit finance, operations, HR, and development. In other words, I enjoy and am effective working with all parts of an organization--not just the program-side of the house.
