I started working when I was 10 and created my first 🥞 business at 14. I have worked at start-ups and big corp such as Accenture, BCG DV, and now LinkedIn. My mission is to make people feel they are not alone.

👩🏻‍💼 From 9-5, I work at LinkedIn as a Digital Marketing Associate.



🚀 From 5-9, I help young professionals land jobs by sharing my journey and insights to an audience of 50K+ job seekers across LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram.



🎤 I have delivered 50+ presentations on job search, personal development and networking in events such as TEDx and 15 Seconds Festival, and universities such as Catolica Lisbon SBE, Trinity College and UCD.



🏔 I’m an avid traveller (backpacked 70+ countries and counting) and enjoy focusing my energy (meditation), learning, reading & writing, and exercising (🏃🏽‍♀️, 🚴‍♀️, 🏄🏻‍♀️).



𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀:

🧘‍♀️ Spent 10 days without speaking, living with Buddhist monks & meditating 12 hours a day (2x).

🌍 Took a Gap Year after college for mental clarity (worked in Guinea, volunteered in Iceland, lived in a farm).

🏆 Attempted a Guinness World Record & created the first mental health network for sports in Portugal.
