I started Generation Bounce Back to go beyond traditional coaching. As a former attorney, I can also help clients navigate tough negotiations.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve developed resilience tools rooted in the neuroscience of trauma and honed them by working with individuals and communities under extreme stress. This means I understand both the science of how trauma shapes the brain and body, and how to create pathways back to strength and hope.

What makes my work truly unique is how I combine this rigorous science with creative, soulful approaches. I use archetypes, client storytelling, tarot imagery, and the mythic Hero’s Journey to help you explore where you are in your life story, uncover hidden patterns, and reshape the narrative of your past.
