Colibri Consulting Group (CCG), a Latina-owned social impact and non-profit executive search firm was launched in 2017. Providing comprehensive recruitment services, we partner with mission-driven and do-gooder organizations that have a deep commitment towards embracing leadership diversity, people retention, and strong organizational cultures. CCG also provides career coaching and job search support for BIPOC professionals, underrepresented folks and women clients that are looking to thrive and take the next step in their non-profit journeys.



Bringing 20+ yrs of experience spanning the nonprofit, government, private, and now entrepreneurial sectors, I'm a lifelong advocate of social justice and community empowerment. Through my lived experiences as a proud Latina, I've been a trailblazer navigating uncharted waters starting as a child. The challenges I've experienced, injustices, and lack of access I've seen first-hand are what drive my deep commitment to diversity and equity.



Prior to founding CCG, I served as Director for several national education non-profit organizations where I successfully scaled programs and developed cross-sectoral partnerships to make education more equitable. I also served as a political strategist for a progressive public affairs consulting firm, where I provided advocacy support, grassroots organizing, and strategic communications to my clients I also lived in Washington, DC serving as a legislative aide to my hometown US Congressional Representative (shout-out to the Inland Empire aka 909) when I was selected as a participant for the prestigious Public Policy Fellowship with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.



I love expanding my networks and thought-partnering with like-minded, passionate education, non-profit, social change leaders, and social-good entrepreneurs who want to empower, uplift and support one another in this do-gooder work.
