I am an ICF-credentialled coach (ACC) working from a positive psychology base: we start from what already works in you, and build from there rather than picking over what is broken.

Most of my clients are men in the middle or later stages of their careers. Many arrive capable but stalled — unclear on direction, carrying more self-doubt than they let on, and reluctant to talk about any of it. Men are often under-served by coaching because they leave it far too late to ask. My sessions are deliberately practical and low on ceremony: we name the thing, test it against reality, and agree what you will actually do before we next speak.

How I work: a free introductory conversation, then weekly 30-minute sessions across a 12-week engagement. Short, frequent sessions keep momentum between conversations and suit people fitting coaching around a full working week.

Everything is delivered remotely by Zoom or Google Meet, with online booking. Fee is GBP 100 per hour, and evening and weekend slots are available.

Before coaching I spent fifteen years building and running a business overseas, so I have a working knowledge of pressure, uncertainty and the gap between the plan and the week you actually have. I am direct, warm and unimpressed by jargon. You will not get advice dressed up as questions; you will get someone genuinely on your side who expects you to do the work.
