I've supported leaders and organisations on their developmental journeys, facing tough decisions and significant relationship challenges, including frontline NHS leaders in challenging settings, Third Sector senior teams, and C-suite business leaders facing critical change.

I previously led the implementation and development of an early leadership development program with the NHS, fostering compassionate leadership practices and achieving top-quartile evaluations. I am passionate about empowering individuals to take up their authority and navigate complex organisational challenges with psychological depth and relational insights.

What I do best is help leaders take up their authority, energy, and courage. I work with emotional and psychological depth, keeping the individual and organisation in mind. I understand that leading involves facing painful realities and, at times, stressful work relations. My experience leading in the NHS, higher education, and consultancy roles provides a solid foundation in understanding performance in high-stress environments.

Expert Educator—Academic Programme Lead for clinical and leadership programmes, with extensive knowledge of effective education strategies. Comprehensive experience in nationwide training and consultancy, previously as a consultant trainer with Young Minds and in my independent practice.
