I am an Executive Coach with 20+ years of coaching, teaching and mediation experience in a variety of industries, including financial services, technology, healthcare, nonprofits, pharmaceuticals, construction, utilities, and higher education.  As a Goleman EI certified meta-coach and an expert in Emotional Intelligence, I was featured in the 2021 Hollywood-produced film: IMPACT.

I have a track record of building trusted partnerships with leaders to help them create highly effective and collaborative teams. My clients learn how to navigate challenging conversations by using Emotional Intelligence tools to read body language, ask the right questions, and look for critical information that is often unsaid.

I work with neurotypical as well as neurodivergent clients to help them align positive intention with effective impact.  My coaching style blends support with risk-taking. I encourage clients to experiment with new perspectives, welcome feedback, speak directly, diplomatically, and effectively.

Having lived in Asia and Europe, I have a global perspective and special appreciation of cross-cultural communication. I created several courses on managing challenging conversations for clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

I live in New York City, where I co-parent my son and help him learn about the world.
