I offer one-on-one and group coaching for individuals navigating personal and professional transitions. I also offer coaching in the domain of challenging conversations and conflict resolution, rooted in my experience as a mediator and facilitator. I am an ICF-certified coach, as well as a Designing Your Life coach, and I believe that each person deserves a coaching experience that is tailored to your circumstances, goals, and preferences. You are the expert on your life; I am your partner and sounding board to help you build your way forward to achieve fulfillment and meaning. I love working with people, listening to their stories, encouraging them to be conscious of how they craft their narrative (which can be different from their objective "story"), and bearing witness as people unearth meaning and courage to wayfind on their life's journey. Creating the path that brings joy and fulfillment is not easy, but it can be exciting and rewarding amidst the challenge, and my goal as a coach is to bring joy to the process, and insights to the exploration.

I have special expertise in working with students, school boards, non-profits, and higher education institutions. I am a lover of the outdoors and movement, and I am willing to arrange "walk and talk" meetings where viable, for clients who are interested. I have a particular interest in helping individuals and organizations who do not typically have access to coaching support, as well as those deeply invested in their communities.
