I was the woman who found herself stuck at one point in her career – no clarity and no college degree. During that time, I had no idea what I wanted professionally; but I knew what I didn't want to do.



Through a leap of faith, I not only landed a role in a different industry; I recognized that so many women like myself are told to "land a job" but aren't taught to manage their career. Since that time, I've experienced workplace success and along the way have equipped other women to do the same in my role as: Career Coach, Consultant, author, founder of an online career course platform for women, former hiring manager; former College and Career Readiness Adjunct Professor.



I intend to spend the rest of my life equipping mid-level professional women to excel at work and know their worth. One of the ways I’ve executed in this space is with my free online course “How To Communicate With Confidence And Credibility”. When at least 80% of your clients are getting hired courtesy of your content, it’s important to ensure women can communicate their results and expertise during an interview which not only expands career options but, in some instances, increases a woman’s salary. I settled at one point in my career, but I now share content and strategies for career success so other women won't have to.
