As an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, and founder of Divener™, I help ambitious professionals create identity-level transformation through a structured, evidence-informed coaching process. My work blends leadership development, neuroscience, behavioral psychology, Core Energy Coaching®, and conscious leadership into a methodology designed to create lasting change from the inside out.

Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 13 years in international corporate leadership, including responsibility for business development across 34 countries throughout EMEA and LATAM at Sodalis Group, following roles with L'Oréal, S.C. Johnson, and Arkios Italy. I've experienced the pressure, complexity, politics, and expectations my clients navigate every day. I'm also the first in my family to complete university, so I understand ambition built through determination rather than privilege.

Rather than focusing on symptoms, we uncover the internal patterns driving them. Using the Energy Leadership Index assessment together with the Divener™ methodology, we identify the beliefs, assumptions, and unconscious defaults shaping decisions under pressure. We challenge limiting narratives, integrate conflicting parts of identity, and develop new ways of thinking, leading, and making decisions that remain effective even in uncertainty.
