I help women in midlife take charge of their health with clarity, confidence, and ease. Through personalized coaching, I support women who are navigating the shifts that come with aging—whether that’s managing energy, hormones, stress, brain fog, or simply figuring out what “healthy” looks like at this stage of life.
My coaching blends practical strategies with a whole-person approach—because health isn’t just about what you eat or how much you move. It’s about how you feel, think, and live each day. Together, we create sustainable habits that align with your real life, your values, and your goals.
Most of my clients are in their 50s or 60s. They’re often juggling a lot—caring for aging parents, supporting adult children, maintaining careers or navigating retirement—and feeling overwhelmed by conflicting health advice. They don’t need another extreme plan or quick fix. They want trustworthy guidance, realistic strategies, and someone who understands what they’re going through.
My work includes:
