I founded Flowstate Coaching & Consulting in order to help others find joy and purpose in their lives and work. The Flowstate philosophy leverages powerful insights from cutting-edge neuroscience research to empower organizations and individuals alike to perform at their peak, while falling in love with the process on the way.



Utilizing evidence based methods in my work as a motivational speaker, university lecturer, career coach, business & strategy consultant, and professional facilitator, I strive to help others achieve their dreams, while working to remove the systemic barriers that still hold too many back. I continue to share my message across mediums including podcasts, conferences, virtual workshops and television.



Having fully embraced the digital nomad lifestyle, outside of my professional pursuits, you might find me in any-given airport while traveling the globe and looking for the next adventure and wave to surf.
