Each person on this planet has a set of core values. These core values are the foundation to a happy, fulfilled, and exciting life. We have also been given certain talents for a specific purpose that is needed for this place in time. Mine is to listen to people, call attention to those talents, and help them in their life journey.

During my military service, I protected others by using my knowledge and training, helped my buddies and teams through difficult situations, and never quit learning.

When I moved into the commercial sector, I continued in that servant leader role. Highlighting the strengths that my colleagues and team mates had, and helping them identify and strengthen those areas that they felt needed improvement.

I primarily work with people in the IT sector to overcome professional and personal challenges at key transition points in their career.
