I partner with NextGen Asians and AANHPI leaders to be their authentic selves by building self-confidence and a sense of belonging for their career mobility and emotional intelligence. As a naturalized US citizen, I’m passionate about working with the next generations of leaders who are historically marginalized to develop their leadership skills and presence so that they can create a better future for themselves and those who follow us.

My background includes working in private, non-profit, and public sectors, particularly in the youth- and family-serving fields.  I am experienced in project management and coaching project teams and members to co-create innovations and common purposes.  My coaching has been deeply informed by working in the field of family justice and human/social services systems change work to make these systems better for children and their families, and being an immigrant who wants to belong.
