I’ve been in these situations myself and have leveraged my unique combination of skills and strategies to move into new and exciting roles. Throughout my career I’ve had the great opportunity to lead, manage and coach professionals from around the world. Working in the legal profession for nearly 15 years, I’ve had the chance to work directly with senior leaders at and from some of the most elite institutions and organizations around the world.



Working at the American Bar Association in D.C. (and in Kyrgyzstan/Tajikistan), directing two high-profile international programs at Harvard Law and now serving as a director at Miami Law, I have been privileged to develop an even deeper understanding of what strong leadership is and should be.



Through my years, I have helped dozens of professionals navigate career transitions within their own organizations (promotions, raises, title changes, lateral moves based on new career plans or priorities). I have worked with new and experienced leaders to build confidence, overcome limiting beliefs, improve communication, identify/resolve issues, discover and utilize their emotional intelligence and empathy, etc. Through all of these coaching relationships I’ve felt such joy and satisfaction in watching each professional reach their true potential and obtain the life they want for themselves and their families.
