I'm Amy Pierre-Russo, a Certified Life & Leadership Coach and a passionate advocate for work-life harmony.  My own journey into motherhood awakened a dormant need I had to foster community, and build out support resources for others who wanted to nurture their families without losing themselves.

I’ve combined my background in HR and coaching to tailor coaching programming and community geared towards the unique needs of driven moms.  Whether as entrepreneur or in corporate I believe you can have meaningful work and quality time engaging with loved ones without sacrificing your own wellbeing.  The eco-system I’ve designed centers around meaningful, genuine connections, practical resources, and knowledge and insights through sharing our stories and experiences.

I believe moms don’t need to be told to do more; they need space, support, and resources to make life feel more manageable.  I create spaces for women to design lives they love, faster than they would on their own.
