Founded by Natasha Marshall, CPCC, a senior leadership facilitator and former U.S. Diplomat with more than 20 years of experience operating at the intersection of leadership effectiveness, performance accountability, and organizational risk, Agile Coaching & Consulting Solutions brings global, real-world perspective to executive and HR challenges. Natasha has advised senior leaders across China, Nigeria, Jamaica, Israel, Egypt, and Germany on complex performance matters, culturally sensitive conflicts, and high-risk personnel decisions. She currently serves as an Adjunct Coach for the U.S. Department of State and Director of Partnerships for the International Coaching Federation – Georgia.
