I’ve built and led teams, divisions and businesses. Most of them were quite successful.  I’ve also made mistakes. Lots of them. Mistakes are great. It’s how you learn.  Hopefully, I can use my experience in coaching and recruitment to help you avoid making the same mistakes as me.

Throughout my career, I have remained ‘hands-on’. I’ve interviewed in excess of 5,000 people. I’ve personally placed hundreds of people into a broad range of roles with an even wider range of organizations. The majority seemed to enjoy the roles I’ve placed them into.
