Dana is an ICF Accredited and Nationally Certified Life Coach (2014) with a degree in Psychology and a Post Baccalaureate in Education. She has deep coach instruction from the BetterUp Coach Foundations Program, Positive Intelligence Training from Sherzad Chamine, ICF Corporate Sponsored Coach Training, and Personal Fitness Training Certification. Dana holds a membership with both the International Coaching Federation as well as the local ICF Georgia Chapter. She enjoys her conference involvement and membership with the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA).
In addition to the continued education from ICF and IPPA courses, Dana is grateful for the many other acknowledgements and certificates received from Coach Solutions Academy, Rogers Behavioral Health, and PESI Educational Products. These certificates include topics regarding Positive Psychology, Appreciative Inquiry, Behavioral Activation, Cultural Competency, Fierce Self-Compassion (Kristin Neff), Motivational Interviewing and much more.
She passionately partners with clients using strengths-based coaching to support them through the exploration of topics like anxiety, work/life balance, confidence, habit formation/cessation, relationships and mindfulness, with a focus on the principles of Positive Psychology. Dana provides a safe and confidential space for clients to direct sessions addressing real-time personal challenges.
Through extensive training and experience as a Coach, Counselor, Teacher, Psychometrist and Company Director, Dana has witnessed the benefits of increased confidence and awareness following the journey of self-discovery through coaching. Dana finds fulfillment in transformational moments with clients as they own personal agency and ultimately reach their goals.
Dana grew up in Canada and resided in several European and North American countries prior to settling in Atlanta, Ga. Dana has always enjoyed working with globally diverse populations and myriad cultures.
