He partners with clients to provide a transformational experience, propelling executives and businesses to success through guided and thoughtful reflection, honest feedback and accountability.

For corporate clients, Patrick helps improve bench strength, staff retention, and communication across teams and organizations; accelerate decision-making skills in complex situations; enhance team and employee performance; and increase productivity and profitability. He coaches individuals to increase self-awareness, self-confidence, and clarity on goal setting and personal growth planning while cultivating more effective leadership behaviors, identifying limiting beliefs, and changing mindsets to achieve goals.

Patrick received his coach training at LHH (now EZRA) and is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He offers in-person, phone, and video coaching to individuals and teams, working with internal and external clients across diverse industries. His services are customized to the clients’ needs and may incorporate a variety of tools.
