Over a thirty-year corporate career, I drove successful innovation and business transformation initiatives. My experience as a leader in a variety of functions including finance, marketing, supply chain and learning & development gave me the opportunity to hone my team-building and coaching skills.

After retiring from the corporate world, I founded Play at WOW. Whether my client is a group or team looking to improve their performance or an individual looking for more fulfillment, I focus on the support, strategies, and tools to help them achieve their unique goals. My coaching and development strategies have been successfully utilized by people in business, healthcare, and education.
