About Us
As a senior professional with 20 years of international business experience, I found my passion in 2016 at the intersection of business and human behavior. I currently work as an Executive, Leadership, & Team Coach, Facilitator & Consultant.
My background is quite diverse and that is one of the things that differentiates me as a Thinking Partner. I bring a unique situational understanding to the roles that I play, drawing from many disciplines and experiences. I have consulted for organizations across a wide variety of industries, in global locations, and ranging in size from small start-ups to family owned business to large multinationals. My coaching clients mimic this diversity. As a consultant and coach I have had exposure to all business functions and most industries which allows me to easily understand the business & the context in which my clients works. In addition to my extensive background in consulting, I have held executive leadership positions overseeing commercial and product functions at consumer goods and technology companies.
For 10 years+ I have been a thought partner for individuals, teams and organizations supporting them to achieve success, together. I am known for my "3 levers of coaching" methodology which focuses on 1) Mindset, 2) Behaviour and 3) Communication as levers to spark progress and transformation in individuals, teams and organizations. By identifying and removing psychological barriers, leaders are able to gain a new a perspective that opens up pathways towards problem resolution and/or progress.
Clients describe me as a strategic thinker who listens deeply with strong diagnostic skills to proactively identify opportunities for personal and professional growth. I take an action oriented, forward thinking solution focused approach to move past roadblocks and create momentum.
On a personal note, I am dual EU-US citizen, an athlete, a student of biomechanics, a life-long learner, a naturally curious explorer, traveler, and an aspiring polymath.
