Meet Sarah, a dynamic Certified Mental Performance Coach through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology with a passion for helping individuals and organizations reach their full potential. With expertise in sport psychology, clinical counseling, and executive coaching, Sarah has the skills and experience needed to support individuals and teams through a wide range of challenges.

Sarah takes a personalized approach into account each client's unique strengths, challenges, and goals, ensuring that they have the support they need to perform their best.

 

Sarah uses her deep understanding of human behavior and performance to help her clients develop the mindset, strategies, and skills needed to excel on and off the field.

 

Mental training is about learning and practicing the skills that you need to be at your best. You can reach optimal performance when you focus on the right cues, maintain positive emotions and accept negative emotions, and get into ‘the zone’ consistently.
