Teams are critical to success. Particularly those with multidisciplinary composition. However, so often teams are a collection of individuals applying their unique skills, taking responsibility for their own performance with less focus on the efforts of others on the team. "I did what's expected of me, if everyone else did so, we'd be fine".

Doing what you are hired to do is necessary and appropriate. It is not sufficient for full functioning of teams. When it's all about individuals, blame and shame, drama, low responsibility, and suboptimal performance can result. There is little opportunity to think systemically, focus on the future, or fully engage with those to whom we are in service.

By a process of interviewing individual team members, administering survey tools, gaining clarity regarding the purpose of the team, establishing the desired outcomes (KPIs or other metrics), addressing workflow or procedure issues, and a series of coached experiences of the team using systemic thinking, we will move your team to an empowered, collaborative, self-guided position.
