MIAMI, FL – December 10, 2021 – The recently established Foundation for Talent Transformation has released a career interests assessment to help individuals identify potential career paths amid dramatic changes in technology and workplace demands.
This quiz is the first of many the Foundation will provide to help individuals stay relevant amid exponential change by developing themselves, improving their relationships with others, and building knowledge and skills for confidently and effectively navigating through their careers. Each participant receives a career interests guidance report that draws on the Occupational Information Network (O*Net) database of 923 occupations.
"We started with a career interests quiz because when someone knows what jobs appeal to them, they can evaluate their motives, skills, and opportunities to determine their path," said Talent Transformation President Eric Shepherd. "There's a strong correlation between career interests, high job satisfaction, and high performance.
