Foundation for Talent Transformation Launches Free Courses to Help People Prepare for a Changing World of Work
MIAMI, FL — September 17, 2026 — The Foundation for Talent Transformation has launched a growing library of free online courses that help people strengthen the career, employability, emotional intelligence, digital, and personal capabilities they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world of work.
The Foundation developed the courses in response to demand from its members and partners for practical learning experiences that complement its psychometric assessments and help people turn self-awareness into action. The free library is available at https://courses.talenttransformation.com/.
Each course goes beyond simply explaining a concept. Learning experiences can include reflection, psychometric assessments, knowledge checks, practical activities, and opportunities to engage with AI-powered coaching to help participants apply what they learn to real situations.
The library includes courses across specific areas, including:
Employability — Fosters the development of practical skills that help individuals prepare for, enter, and succeed in the workplace.

“Our assessments help people understand themselves, and these courses help them turn that insight into action,” said Eric Shepherd, executive director of the Foundation for Talent Transformation. “By making practical learning freely available, we want more people to build the skills, confidence, and self-awareness they need to thrive personally and professionally.”
The course library also gives workforce development organizations, afterschool and youth development programs, schools, career services teams, education and training providers, and community-based organizations ready-to-use resources for the people they serve. Organizations can incorporate the courses into workshops, career readiness programs, coaching, mentoring, participant development, or independent learning without building additional curriculum from scratch.
The launch builds on a platform that has already delivered hundreds of thousands of assessments and supports a growing community of learners and partner organizations. The Foundation plans to continue expanding the collection as workplace needs and technologies evolve.
“Geography, income, or access to a formal training program should not limit free learning,” Shepherd added. “Our goal is to give more people practical ways to understand themselves, keep learning, and prepare for what comes next.”
