Foundation for Talent Transformation Expands Free Employability Courses to Help People Build Future-Ready Skills
Free, self-paced learning helps individuals strengthen communication, critical thinking, teamwork, initiative, professional effectiveness, and responsible AI skills for today’s changing workplace.
MIAMI, FL — September 22, 2026 — As artificial intelligence, new technologies, and changing workplace expectations reshape jobs and careers, the Foundation for Talent Transformation is expanding its free Employability Skills course library to help people build the practical capabilities they need to get hired, contribute effectively, and continue growing throughout their careers.
While technical knowledge can open a door, employability skills help people succeed once they walk through it. Communication, critical thinking, collaboration, adaptability, initiative, judgment, professional presence, emotional intelligence, and the ability to keep learning are increasingly important across roles, industries, and career stages.
The Foundation’s free, self-paced courses make it easier to develop and apply those skills. Learners can use the collection to prepare for a first job or interview, strengthen workplace effectiveness, navigate change, build confidence, and develop capabilities that remain valuable even as specific technologies and job requirements evolve.
The collection also helps organizations that support career readiness and economic opportunity. Workforce development organizations, afterschool and youth programs, educators, career services teams, and other community-based organizations can share the courses with the people they serve without the cost of purchasing new curriculum or the time required to create learning materials from scratch.
