MIAMI, FL – April 20, 2022 – The U.S. Internal Revenue Service has granted tax-example charitable status to the Foundation for Talent Transformation.
The Foundation’s mission is to help individuals stay relevant during times of exponential change. It provides an extensive library of free online learning resources to help individuals prepare for the future of work by developing themselves, improving their relationships with others, and building knowledge and skills for confidently and effectively navigating through their careers.
“Since our founding in August 2021, we have seen increasing demand for our free learning resources, interactive quizzes, and other services,” said Talent Transformation President Eric Shepherd. “Gaining IRS recognition as a tax-exempt charitable organization will help us remain financially sustainable and enable us to help more people succeed at work. We are delighted that our supporters are now eligible for tax deductions when contributing to our efforts.”
The Foundation for Talent Transformation, a non-profit foundation, aims to help individuals stay relevant, remain engaged, and maintain their well-being by providing free resources such as personality tests, personal development guides, and insights into future jobs. The Foundation’s resources help individuals understand what they don’t know they don’t know. This, in turn, stimulates curiosity and action to develop new skills.
