Free Life Satisfaction Quiz Released by Foundation for Talent Transformation

MIAMI, FL – June 27, 2022 – The Foundation for Talent Transformation is offering a free Life Satisfaction Quiz to measure three domains – personal, social and professional performance - crucial for developing a strong sense of satisfaction.

The Foundation’s mission is to help individuals stay relevant during times of exponential change. It is creating a library of free online learning resources to help individuals prepare for the future of work by developing themselves, improving their relationships with others, and building knowledge and skills for confidently and effectively navigating through their careers.

The quiz is one of several the Foundation is producing to assist individuals in understanding the three factors that can help them understand their needs and, by taking action, help them reach a higher overall level of life satisfaction. These factors embrace many aspects of life, from self-perception and social relationships to physical health and work performance. The environment and general temperament also play into their level of satisfaction. The quiz is primarily based on theories in positive psychology, specifically on Ed Diener's extensive work in the areas of well-being and life satisfaction. Diener identified four "ingredients for a happy life":

“Not only does greater life satisfaction make you feel happier and enjoy life more, but it also has a positive impact on your health and well-being.” said Talent Transformation President Eric Shepherd. “Life Satisfaction is more stable and long-lived than happiness. So, addressing shortfalls in the three factors will help you build this steady sense of fulfillment.
