I use a mixture of Cognitive-Behavioral, Typology (Personality Type), Mindfulness and Supportive therapies. I am certified to administer and interpret the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory for career counseling, personal growth/development and couples counseling.
