Hi! My name is Jenai, and I take a comprehensive approach as a Community Empowerment Strategist. Over the years I had the privilege to serve as an authentic leader and connector all while cultivating compassion, trust, and a sense of belonging in any group. I believe that the power of community is undeniable with a well-formulated strategy that includes independence, resources, and individual encouragement.
My ever-evolving approach to building a stronger sense of community is by ensuring employees and clients are part of the conversation, encouraging engagement, allowing skills to be showcased, motivating cross functional teams and departments to get involved, and lastly strengthening bonds by facilitating group activities.
Tasking organizations to strategize workplace communities can be daunting however I am a firm believer that community is the lifeblood of a successful business.
