I started my career in accounting at a Big 4 public accounting firm and then pivoted into human resource leadership focused on talent acquisition strategy, leadership development, performance management, team building, training, and employee engagement for a fast-growing entrepreneurial consulting firm that grew from 100 to 1000+ employees nationally during my tenure. I have been an innovative human resource leader for 20+ years and utilizes my expertise to coach, consult and lead leadership, HR, and mindfulness trainings, workshops, and webinars.

In my coaching practice, I work with executives, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, teams, and companies to inspire, motivate and spark action for transformation and achievement of goals and big dreams. I excel in helping professionals advance or pivot their careers, shift their mindset, develop and implement strategy, build stronger networking and employee relationships and increase their leadership abilities personally and professionally.

I'm a certified mindfulness in the workplace facilitator, avid meditator, and yogi. I promote mindfulness in the workplace and how it builds greater leadership presence to show up as your best-self. I also co-developed a coaching program that combines executive coaching practices with mindfulness techniques.
