Hi, I’m Stephanie Lance, an ICF Accredited Certified Career Coach trained by the Institute For Career Coaching, an International Coach Federation Accredited Program.

I’m also a member of the National Career Development Association where I honor their Code of Ethics.  In addition, I have a career background in recruiting, resume screening, background investigation, and job candidate interviewing.
