1. help relationships (couples, families, and friends) form stronger bonds, improve empathetic thinking, and build a deeper understanding of the people you care about. A. We aspire to bring you closer to your; partner, a parent, your siblings, other family/relatives, or your best friend. We achieve this with an emotional intelligence tool called the Enneagram, which gives you a common language that will help you better understand the people you care about. 

2. helping owners build stronger business partnerships (for businesses with multiple owners) and improve team dynamics. 

A. Businesses with multiple owners will work well for some, like allowing more work to get done, and sharing time and resources can relieve stress (for some), but having multiple owners can also produce complications and create conflicts. Having a deep understanding of how your business partner(s) act, think, and feel will allow you to; persuade, anticipate their attitudes & behaviors, understand how they will react in stressful situations, and build confidence & trust in each other's abilities. We use the Enneagram as a tool to help improve communication with your Business partner, as it will give you a common language and will help your partnership by creating a deeper understanding of how each other operates.
