Hey, y'all! It's Cheri! I have been a public school educator (teacher, district-level admin, campus admin) for the past 27 years. And, it is time to make a transition! That is how I developed A Girl and Her Dog, Coaching, and Consulting. My dog, Oakley, is my steady sidekick as I work to empower women to build a life they love! I focus on mindset, health and wellness, and leadership. 

In addition, I provide consulting to teachers (Teachers That Sparkle) who need extra support that is not given through preparation programs and during their first years of teaching, with the hope to end the mass exodus from the teaching profession! I am looking forward to connecting with you and starting a fabulous journey together!
