For more than 15 years, Anna has been an HR Course Instructor, Mentor and Career Consultant, supporting individuals in achieving their professional and personal aspirations. 

With experience spanning blue chip organizations, academia, and North American tech companies specializing in data science, data analytics, and UI/UX design, as well as the FinTech industry, NGOs, and municipal government, Anna is well-equipped to understand her clients and help them adapt to the ever-changing world. 

Anna's international experience and intercultural competencies allow her to specialize in guiding her clients through ambiguity and change toward their goals. Anna takes a collaborative approach with her clients, promoting positivity and using insightful questioning to lead them to make the best choices for their careers and personal lives. 

She motivates her clients by pushing them out of their comfort zones and leveraging their strengths and abilities. Anna is fluent in both Russian and English and holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC ICF) and Mentor certification, as well as a Master's Degree in Management and a Pre-PhD in Strategic Management. Anna is also a member of Career Professionals of Canada National Association.
