Most companies treat learning and development purely as a business transaction, rather than a human interaction. My method of training business leaders to use proven teaching strategies seeks to alter that paradigm. By aligning individual participants' needs with organizational goals, I help to improve engagement and retention by making each employee feel as if they are part of a genuine community devoted not simply to learning job skills, but to deep intellectual advancement. Experienced learning and development strategy consultant with a demonstrated record of increasing retention and decreasing turnover. Skilled at creating blended/e-learning training strategies to engage various learners.
