Executive leadership coaching based on almost 40 years of experience as a coach, advisor and consultant to CEOs and executives (independent since 1990); as a CEO/President (private company, USA); as an interim CEO (Industrial Holding Company listed on Johannesburg stock exchange, RSA) and as an Executive Board Member (listed Industrial Holding Company, South Africa). Team effectiveness: Developed a perceptual analysis tool (the SHiFT Trigger) which boosts the effectiveness of teams. This tool has been used by more than 400 individuals in senior management in the USA and in South Africa. Strategy development: Developed a planning process which links the implementation of focused action plans directly to strategy.
