I  am not only a Career Coach, I am someone who is passionate about  finding you your dream job! I started my technical recruiting career 8  years ago at a small boutique staffing firm as a Lead Sourcer, which is  just a fancy way of saying I was searching for talented professionals.  Because of my extensive experience as a Technology Recruiter, I have  developed a genuine interest and passion for the Technology industry.

Coaching  was an organic evolution as a result of the pandemic. As the job market  became unstable, many of my friends and family were reaching out for  resume help, interview tips and general advice on how they could set  themselves apart in the competitive market. I realized if you are not in  this field it can be difficult to know how to navigate the market and  stand out to employers.

My  business is to work with real humans as a real human. I am someone who  genuinely cares about your goals, listens to your desires, empathizes  with your struggles and helps you determine what you want out of your  career. When we partner together, I will share all the recruiter  secrets, from buzzwords on resumes to interview preps to how to  negotiate a hiring salary.
